Great location near transportation and in the heart of the city. Clean hotel with nice facilities and fantastic breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing attentive service. The room was modern and very clean, with a spacious layout and a lovely big bed. The bathroom was the best designed I have seen in any UK hotel, with a great walk-in shower and convenient hooks in all the right places. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of options, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was just across the road from the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of the city and just a couple of minutes away from bars, shops, and public transportation. The room and bathroom were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of them, which is a rare find these days. The facilities were brilliant, and the breakfast was hot, plentiful, and had lots of choices. I couldn't fault anything about this place.

One minor downside was the lack of response when I messaged the hotel via the app for an early check-in and late check-out request. However, they took care of it in person, free of charge when I arrived.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right across the road from the train station which made travel super easy. The service was also great - I loved the room service which really added to the luxury and made the stay even more comfortable. The amenities in the room, like the air conditioning and the mini-bar, were such a nice touch and made me feel right at home.

Although I got the feeling that the staff were a little understaffed, they were all still incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a great location.
